Day 2. I guess not a lot of pressure so far this season has them stupid lol. My son came along today. I didnt want many to clean, He doesnt want many either. We kept 22 calico and 2 10" gills. We both could have kept limits of nice gills. Close to 150 between us.

Only ice in my area is in my tea My own fault too. If I hadn't bought all that ice fishing stuff the whole state would be frozen solid.

Still on them. Three of us kept about 100. I was on them early and called them over. I only kept a few. No more 50 bags for me.

Yes. Good eye! Two yesterday. Mainly black but a couple each time.

I'm trying to adjust my eyes to white crappie. I'm sure some that I've caught are white but the beautiful black crappie is the most prominent. From what I hear White like the muddy bottoms more than the Black.

Went out today. Still plenty of ice, 7-8". Problem coming very soon is getting on and off. I got on and off but had to look for a good spot. Shoreslines are going. Today may have been the last chance. Guys will try using a ladded or plank but thats not for me. Been there done that, got wet lol. I quit at 10am. Had some concerns about getting off while still staying dry lol. Lot of dinks today. Kept 4/4
