I’m going to have to find a place where on rainy days I can sit in the car and fish. used to be able to do that in the 1970s on the knock. Those days are gone I think…. Maybe at the haycock ramp. The key is to find deep water. Ain’t I lazy?

Have you considered a big ass tarp.

Imagine that stretched out with tarp poles in the front. Blocking the wind and nice and dry.

I always keep one on my kyack in summer in case a storm comes in. Easy to configure something to keep dry under.
