I went Mahi fishing a few years ago. It was a “substitute” trip as we skipped NY Salmon that year. I’ve never had Mahi before but we caught plenty so I got to eat plenty. Other than Tuna, it is by far my favorite.

Was turned on to Mahi in Ocean City years ago! It’s awesome- grilled, blackened or baked in tacos!!

Never tried that. I do add baking powder to my waffles to fluff them up.

Some restaurants use Malt to make their recipes seem malty and fluffy.
