A lunar event caused the flood. Had to wade through water to get to the crab house and the place was full of diners. Then we got a water tour of the place where Wedding Crashers was filmed.
Chesapeake water is dark. So when it covers all the docks and sidewalks and covers the lawn you get the false impression that there is more navigable water than there really is.
