Storage

My boat is very small there is literally no storage. So when I'm fishing all of my rods and baits and baggage basically lays all over the place. I could build instant storage but the boat is so small that it would take away from my ability to move around well. I'd like to see how the storage works on your boat. Especially boats like bass how do you keep your reels and rods from climbing banging around and into each other and getting them all chipped up. I have some nice gear that I won't even use on board because I don't feel like I'm protected. Troutspinner can you send me a photo of your inside storage box. How about the rest of you PA Batman and others that primarily fish from boats. Please forgive me for mentioning Troutspinner first. I've seen his boat, I've seen his gear, he takes care of it and you would never know he ever use this stuff. While I find that a bit over the top, it sets an example for all of us to follow. I've never seen the rest of your boats except for Melvin P. Melvin and Z's boat is basically like mine but with an extra locker here and there. It's nice but could still use a lot more storage. When I do finally get a boat I wanna make sure that storage is addressed so I can take care of my gear a lot better.

Nothing special with my rod locker. Just a narrow tunnel. I can fit 8 rods in there but that’s super tight, 6 works well.

And No! Not over the top. ;)

Seriously though, I put my gear back where it belongs before I head to the ramp. After trailering it out of the water, I put away anything that needs putting away and wipe the boat down if there is a scum line. When I get home, I plug it in to recharge. Ready to go next time. That’s about it. I am guilty of making it shiny when I’m bored in the garage.
