One of the favorites from this past year!
About 4”What size are those.
They are size 2 hooks. The fly is about 4” total. Those are lead dumbbell eyes so it drops pretty quickI prefer out-tying Melvin in traditional materials. Deer Hair is a favorite.
FlyGuy it that fly buoyant or does it sink pretty fast. Those hooks are monsters.
Well because then you don’t really have the movement you want.Size 2. Great. And why don’t you and Uncle Melvin just hook the back eye over the next?
No. Really won’t stand out correctly. I use either wire or heavy mono and tie it in.Too Mechanical in its movement?
To the bend of hook or to the eye? Next time you’re tying could you please post a shot? No. Really won’t stand out correctly. I use either wire or heavy mono and tie it in.
