Crappie week end Thinning out alittle

On a double fly rig for trout it's ok but two smallies at a time was tough. The walleyes were the biggest fish I've had on this rod and although it was great it was a little to much. It's a 5wt rod but I have wulff ambush 195gr 4wt line on it and boy it's sweet.

M Must be a really small hook if used for shrimp. Most people use nets for shrimp. Do shrimp fight hard?

We went over 50 smallies for sure. What a blast. Wahoo

Had a ball today. Went out with RandyZ. Caught all sorts of fish spieces, large mouth small mouth trout walleye even had a sucker on

Make a nice indicator rod also but now I can swing soft hackles and micro buggers it's a 10f 5wt

Lost my reel seat so had RANDY Z turn it into a spey. Removable butt. Was my favorite trout rod now even more. Thanks Z
