Messing with some dub I made and Black Bear hair that Grem sent. Thinking I need to cut up the hair a little more to get better legs.

The only thing new for me would be the hog brush and the krackin craw I’ll be making. Thinking of trying the free weight rig for them.

Was fishing bait one time go a little snag when I pulled in the minn was gone but I had snagged a hellgramite. So figured I push it on the hook and fish it. Nothing. The only hellgramite I’ve caught trout on would be the one I tie.

Why change it when it works.

I was either thinking of getting one or making one out of an old aluminum pole used for a swimming pool cleaner. If I make I gotta carry it around though. Thinking of getting one tha slides down the line and fits in a backpack.

Another couple good nights of sleep like that should take care of it.

I’ve seen a lot of people even complain about this where they would hook a fish and the hook goes threw the eye. As I’ve done it myself. Bigger hooks will do it.

Let see what happens. Hope they get the gas prices down.

6/0 ,10/0 hook sounds like a lot of eye hooks for bass. Not good for catch and release. As for lures I’m guessing you think there big but for someone who doesn’t believe in big lures equals big fish won’t get it lol. 10inch lures is small for some of those fast growing fish.
