Kinda fun about hellgies nymph stage catch all kinds of fish but when they get their wings not so much

I was checking out your fly try doing a thread base under your beads (you can actually change the color) it will help the beads from sliding around and you can reduce the size of your thread ball that holds your beads in place add a little glue to that spot

On a standard hook you have to watch how far your bead is from the point on the hook yoy dont want to get the bead to far back and close up your hook opening.

That’s a haul for 2 smallmouth but glad to see junior holding a good one

Just use a good high temperature grease

If your trailer is really light you can drop the air pressure in your tires there will be a max inflation on the sidewall just don’t go below half of that. This will help your bouncing boat trailer a bit

A little note when using greasable caps or bearing buddy’s install the seal backwards it allows excess grease to push pass and not just blow the cap off when it gets warm (bearing buddy’s come with special seals) they will push any extra grease into the back side of the wheel and should be...

No reason you can’t but watch your hook don’t fill the gap beads don’t collapse when the fish hits leave at least one beads distance before the tip of the point
