Getting ready to do the same. My 9 yo has never cared about clothing/hair but I’ve convinced him to try a barber. He usually gets a long clipper job by my wife. Our daughter is 7 and never had a cut yet. Her hair has always naturally been perfect but think it’s coming. I’ve resisted a long long time.
