Have you seen the work that Curtis Kauer does on the fly channel with safety pins? I bet you could tie some really nice bass lures up like that.

I’ve seen Mr Kauer’s work many times he’s a balanced tying expert

Gotta ask loopy every seen his work I’ve talked to him a few times and even though I think he’s kinda stuck on one pattern he really does have it down.Please don’t throw me under the bus lol
