Their a fish pattern. The ones I gave you is a paddle tail swimbait.

Oh so they swim in normal profile and perhaps you can “walk the dog” ?

They swim straight and paddle tail does the action. Walk the dog is a top water action lure that looks like a cigar. From you pulling and pausing it goes side to side.

If you want walk the dog type action using rubber just use a senkos type worm with a lighter wire worm hook hooked in the front like the frog you posted but this time put the bard on top just don’t let it sink swing it from side to side of you get the hook set right you can whip them into the lilies

Could some of you that are familiar please critique the installation different baits:

I do not fish anything but a craw, bug or beaver on a jig so with all of your presentations in mind, I would only fish the one with the craw. Not to say you shouldn't, you could have just found the new secret combo!

I have no say as I never fished a jigged like that with a skirt. So let me know how it works for you don.

I do depending on brand, weed guard as well. With the Dobyns, IMO not needed on either, they are at the lengths I like in both instances.
