I think with this cold snap we should get one more weekend of ice. As long as it stays in the low 30s?? still have to watch the shore lines though.

I agree. Lots of ice yet. Problem now can be getting out to it.

I plan on getting out early next week, already stored the big sled, traveling very light. Ready for trout season, time to dust off the fly rods.

Got my gear out last night, my stuff is getting old. I don't see the point in investing in new gear, we barely get a decent ice season anymore.
