I also use the Sawyer filtration system for water, they also make some good collapsible water bags. My cook set is from GSI, I highly recommend their stuff. I like foil pack meats that you can just heat up, throw in a rice mix and add some tomato sauce, fresh fish is always good, instant potatos, oatmeal, etc. I've tried Mountain House meals but found them to be too expensive and they always leave me hungry, not worth it.
