Oh yeah, there’s still the other steps, Ardex for popped concrete spots, and cutting the driveway limbs on both drives. Fun never ends,,, come on October

Walks in, fire ring refilled with river stone, busy day, need a bit of polymeric sand tomorrow, a few trucks of fill and one of topsoil, build back railroad tie stairs for now until we decide which hardscape, be closer to done for summer outside at least until the new cupola arrives in a few weeks,

a few hundred things inside waiting, never ends, ever, we just have momentary cease fires 2545D9B3-24DE-4629-AA86-0C36395F8806.jpeg68A3A250-D874-4413-8041-344A653851C3.jpeg

Fire ring area still “lumpy”, I’m a few boulders short in the back, piles river pebbles until I get a few, perfect scenario I’d have leveled on larger #2 stone to a small retaining wall on the back side, we put the original in over a single day for a family gathering so this just cleaned that up some,

I’d like to use the stuff they used on James Madison’s driveway. It’s a real pricey material, almost a poly or epoxy. Pour down through river pebbles and creates a monolithic surface but let’s water through. Must be an Encapsulant of some kind that isn’t conformally coated. If I knew the base under was good and wouldn’t sink I’d try it, on dirt with 0 experience on its performance not a chance,

Everything is looking awesome. That fire ring will be nice to test out once you get a break from the projects.
