Oh it was yummy. Ate it the same day I cooked it.

Did u add cayenne I use Zartans (flour not corn meal) it has a little heat but only a little,peanut oil at 350 to start each batch about 3/4 minutes depending on if there your cally filet or mine lol egg wash to thicken the batter a bit

Lol I’ve only got one bag of filets left your going to have to wait.It the oil it’s gotta be hot vegetable oil will smoke at that temp and it doesn’t work as good no problem as long as you’re not allergic to peanuts
