Im thinking of trying trout fingerlings, to catch bigger trout.

Any ideas where to look for a Sage One Spey blank? I’m subscribed to a bunch of Fb fly groups, check other sites regularly, etc. closest Ive gotten is a few 7/8 wt blanks and a guy that had a 6wt but only 11’ range. I’d love a 13-14’ but don’t think Sage made them.

Really wanted to go look for a Sage One 5-6wt 12’6” blank or rod to strip. I saw post here while shooting across MS -> Decatur, AL -> Memphis last week. Flier came in Sat but I’m not sure anyone regularly checks mail when I’m gone. Off to Orlando this week,,, tired already.

Like carrying a spare box of tackle or fly band on hat. Never at a loss for tackle even when you forget it under suv tire.😁

The guy on EBay from PA A-5 gets some steelhead stuff from has a bunch on his eBay store unless you’ve bought cork and just need to die. In that case I’d go with the same dark dye I used for traps. Boil some oak leaves outside. Water will be nearly black and will nicely dye cork I bet.
