I just did a comparison with an order I recently placed at Discount Tackle for line. DT was $49.58 to my door and TW is $52.10 with the 20% discount to my door, cheapest shipping method selected. So is there a sale or do they just jack up the original price to get back down to where everyone else is……Best Buy is notorious for doing this type of thing as well.
Never changing again! I have both of my “BFS” setups on Sniper Assassin FC 8lb now. Behaves perfect just like sniper has on my heavier rigs. I tried going different before and it just made me change out spools time and time again. Never looking back, never buying another brand. That experiment is over!
I've never seen a price hike. I do the same thing. Theres are always better/cheaper places. Advantage with TW is they have everything especially bass tackle. Always the newest tackle. I often go there to find whats new and shop around from that.
