I've used circle hooks for channel catfish and had good jaw hook-ups.

Little white popper fooled them again - then after the hatch they went for the frog popper

You know the flatheads are way up the North Branch of the Susquehanna, Tunkhannock and further up even.

Tried to replicate the Sat. night experience but failed, zero to a few insects out. I did get a couple earlier on a Melvin "Craw-Bugger"
