I crush all barbs to protect me and innocent bystanders ;) You guys have seen the pics

I like needle nose pliers for crushing barbs generally. I've also used fishing pliers and they work, just not always as easy. The fishing pliers with the split shot crushers can sometimes get into small trebles where other pliers can't. Forceps often don't have the strength.

Flonase is fluticasone. Nasacort is triamcinolone. Both are corticosteroids. Sometimes one will work better for some people than the other. It may not help with all symptoms though, such as itchy, watery eyes.
