I mostly fish for photos so a sub legal wiper, striper, muskie, or anything else is fine with me. About that tow........... Will trade panfish for tow ;)

Yeah, whiper or wiper is white bass/striped bass hybrid. I've never caught one. But I would like to. That looks like a long way to paddle. I may need a tow, Don ;) I put 9/15 in my calendar.

I have the 15th, 24th, 29th, and 30th open currently in September. I am also not averse to hitting Blue Marsh on the 27th if we do Memorial on the 26th. Was at Memorial Monday. You could walk across on the boats, yaks, canoes, sailboats, and windsurfers. I have never seen the parking lot so...

My job changed the date of our mandate, but they won't tell us what the new date is. Depending on who you talk to they are either going to match what the state does or follow some supposedly upcoming federal guideline. None of the people I know who submitted exemptions have heard anything yet...

The Bait Up appears to be no longer in production. Couldn't even find one on ebay. Thanks for the tip on the hooks. I think 8 will be about as small as I can manipulate. Not sure how much I use the 4s. They didn't have any 6s except in the expensive brands.

Wife is on facebook regaling me with stories and pictures of road closures. Lots of flooding around here but we are OK. The last time we had big floods one of our corners in the living room got a little wet but other than that we've never had an issue. I haven't looked at it yet tonight...
