Well looks like fishing, may be on the back burner again this year. The wife fell last Wednesday, and fractured her hip. she had suregy Thursday night. So it looks like a long rehab, like me she's in her 70"s.

Back in the late 70 -early - 80's, my buddy and I rented a boat at Nockamixon, and anchored just of the dock. We were waiting for the women to unload the car👀.As I was dropping the anchor a torpedo coming at us, the Musky hit and went under the boat.

I have NO problem with the officers, in fact I wish there were more. To police the stream after the stocking, I know just about all of them from my county. My thing is taking the permit away from seniors (after 49 years), at a time they may need an extra buck. True I do get along with paying it...

Two years before I got my lifetime senior license, they stopped giving seniors the trout stamp. Everytime I see the fish commission on FB. I reply give us seniors back the lifetime trout stamp, we paid our dues for 49 years & some of us are on fixed incomes.

I've used both. Caught 4 -5 smallies on the same bait live hellgramites. I use trout magnet jigheads, on the trout magnet brand.

I have had some good luch with small hellgramites.
