I’m sure the smallmouth will hit it. The area I’m fishing has both so mainly hoping a musky hits it. The other smaller one worked great they weren’t big Muskies but it caught them so the bigger bait hoping bigger fish.

Also just a little reminder keeping your stuff in airtight containers or any container always let them dry out if wet lures are in there or just caught in a rain storm. They will rust and can cause damages to the lures.

I used folded and they didn’t work at all so I’d did a little research and what I gathered was folded is for more line than wire. Like for trolling harness. So then I got easy spins the solid kind. Seems to work better but I think I went from the size 2 to 3 since I was running a size 3 to 4 blade.

What weight do you run on them. I see the beads but how heavy do they make it. Should’ve never made them for him. ;)🙃

I’m thinking they crossed a stress crack and in the sun it melted and open up so it started to float. On a sunny day the ice can play some tricks.

I can never figure out the clevis part. My blades don’t spin sometimes. I’m guessing if you use a number 1 clevis it goes with a number 1 blade.
