They can be funny like that anything shiny gets them sometimes. I’ve seen trout hit my small shiny B.B. Split shot. Most of the bead head flies work great with just the bead and a little bit of material behind. Just get some good drifts or place it in front of their faces can get them.

Looks like some beauties. Should be changing into their fall colors soon. As for the shrooms they should of loved the rain so a lot should be coming up now.

I would second the bigger screen and going to actually see some. I have both a small screen and a bigger one. For the depth and gps anyone with those features will work but there are times that a bigger screen (you may see better ) will show you some fish and finer details. When you need to.

Last time I pulled in my driveway i saw them walking by so I gave her and the little one some corn. Now I came down to park in the garage and she was already walking up and waiting. I bet i could hand feed her but don't want to start any bad habbits.

The only garmin I have are for the car and don’t care for them to much. As for the boat both my gear is humminbird.

With the cooler rain and the temperature going down yesterday should of brought the water temperature down. Plus all the water in the creek, wonder if them big trout made their way into them. Should of pushed them big fish around a little. Hopefully I can get so trips in.

A bunch of places flooded out. Got a little water in the basement.

Just buy a transducer mount that just clamps on. I had mine attached to the boat but every time I went in and just pulled the boat up it would get scratched on the little gravel so I use a clamp so I can take the transducer completely out of the water.

Gotta be careful when using them trebles.

I usually have a bait tank set up. Keep all my minnows in there what a pain they are to keep alive. The best was when I caught a bunch of bluegill and one became my friend. It was aggressive towards the other fish but I kept it around for a couple years. Never would touch them with my hands...

Filled it up and still no luck I got it to charged at 7v and won’t go higher. Looks like it’s time for a new one.
